Frequently asked questions.
Q&A
How can I book a game and how does payment work?
The easiest way is right here on our website via the booking calendar! Just pick your game, date, and time, then finish up with an online payment or enter your voucher code.
When should we arrive and what happens if we're running late?
Please arrive 15 minutes early so we can welcome you and go over the rules in peace. If you know you're running late, give us a quick call — we'll do everything we can to make sure you don't miss out on the experience!
What are the cancellation and rescheduling policies?
Rescheduling is completely free! Just let us know at least 24 hours in advance.
Can we host a party or hang out after the game?
Definitely! Upon request, we'd love to reserve our lounge area for your birthday party or team hangout. Just contact us in advance to work out the details.
Are your games suitable for families with children?
Yes! Our games are a fantastic experience for the whole family.
What happens if we don't finish the game within the time limit?
Don't worry at all! Our Game Master gives you hints along the way, and if your 60 minutes run out, they'll happily explain the rest of the story and puzzle solutions.
What about the language? We only speak English / don't speak Czech.
No problem! Our games Indiana Jones & the Curse of the Aztec Temple and Templars & the Secret Order of Assassins are fully playable in English. International teams are always welcome!
Can groups with more than 6 players enter a single game?
For safety and to ensure the best experience, the limit per room is 6 players (up to 7 for school groups). If you have more people, we can split you into multiple rooms at once (up to 18 players at once) or organize alternating waves with lounge seating. Just contact us in advance!
Can children play without an adult present?
Kids aged 15 and older can play independently in the room. Our Game Master keeps an eye on them via cameras the whole time and is ready to help whenever needed. For younger kids, at least one accompanying adult is required in the room.
